I teach vinyasa yoga with emphasis on connection of our breath and body movement as well as proper positioning of yoga asanas. With support of music, meditation and conscious breathing, we begin slowly to prepare our body for more dynamic part that will be closed with relaxation, aromatherapy and mantra chanting.
Yoga gives me both peace and strength, shows my boarders and helps me to push them further. Yoga broaden my consciousness as well as perception of the world. Yoga has become a live path and great inspiration for me and I wish to inspire you in my classes as well.
