I have been on my yoga journey for several years. I focus on Vinyasa yoga, Ashtanga yoga and Akhanda yoga. In my classes, I try to assist clients with handling the postures according to their actual feelings and fitness. I emphasise not only the technical part of yoga asanas but also the experience and joy that our body and mind allow us to live and feel in the present moment. I am grateful for my yoga trainings to many teachers - Manju Jois, Petra Vonšovská, Kamal Singh, Vašek Krejčík, Láďa Pokorný, Yogrishi Vishvektu or Jaro Pávek.
