The main goal of Jakub's classes  is to train focus and detoxify the body and the mind with the help of chosen asanas, pranayama and meditation.

At the beginning of the class, we will stretch the whole body and energize it with pranayama. Then we warm up our muscles by a series of surya namaskaras followed by asanas which train our strength and balance. The class ends with the relaxation and cooling or balancing breathing techniques.
