Traditional dynamic yoga style is suitable even for beginners. We follow step by step the same series at each class thus it gives you the possibility to create your own home practice. You hold each asana for five breath cycles and then you continuously move to another one. The ujjayi breath in combination with the bandhas – body energetical locks - helps you to detox your body. Both, your body and mind become flexible, strong and healthy.

Traditional yoga concept with limited number of yoga postures during the class, with focus on their precise building and longer hold (5-10 breath cycles) as well as on relaxation during the class. Yin yoga practice connecting the Taoist tradition, Chinese medicine principles and yoga is a great complement to dynamic exercise as well as useful tool for our hectic lifestyles. In individual positions held 1-5 minutes (with help of yoga bolsters, blocks and other tools), we focus on our connective tissues, ligaments, fascias and joints that need longer time to re-activate their main function of keeping the flexibility in the whole body. At the same time, we focus our mind on body and breath perception as well as on awareness of the here and now moment. We relax the stress and improve our meditation practice.
